What it usually runs
Prices are for labor and standard small parts. You supply the unit, or tell me the finish you want and I'll pick it up. There is a minimum $150 service fee, waived if the labor exceeds it. Quoted flat before I start — I will let you know before it changes.

Before you call
Is this the same as calling a plumber?
No, and it shouldn't cost like it. This is fixture-level work — swaps, replacements, and small repairs. Repiping, water heaters, main lines, and anything inside a wall is a licensed plumber's job, and I'll tell you when you've got one of those instead of quoting it.
My toilet runs all night. Do I need a new one?
Usually not. It's almost always a worn flapper or a fill valve that isn't shutting off — a cheap parts fix rather than a new toilet.
Do you supply the faucet?
Either way. Most people pick the one they want and I install it. If you'd rather not shop, tell me the finish and the number of holes in your sink and I'll bring options.
Can you fix a leak inside the wall?
No — that's licensed plumbing and it should be. What I can do is tell you quickly whether what you're seeing is a fixture problem or a real leak, so you're not paying an emergency rate to find out.
