Orange peel & smooth walls
Matched to the existing finish, including flat smooth walls that show everything.
Ceiling repairs
Water stains, sagging seams, and the mess left after a leak got fixed.
Touch-up painting
Feathered into the existing wall, or the whole wall corner-to-corner if that's the cleaner call.

What it usually runs
Prices are likely estimates for labor and materials. They are subject to change depending on circumstance. There is a minimum $150 service fee, waived if the labor exceeds it. Quoted flat before I start — I will let you know before it changes.

Before you call
Will the patch be invisible?
On knockdown and orange peel, close to it — texture hides a lot. Flat smooth walls are the hardest surface there is, and I'll tell you honestly before I start whether you should expect a perfect blend or plan on painting the wall corner-to-corner.
Can you match my texture?
Knockdown and orange peel are what almost every East Valley house has, and both match well. Send a close photo and a wide one and I'll confirm before quoting.
Do I need to supply paint?
This is best if you want an exact match. Otherwise I can take a chip and get it colored matched — I can cut one for you on a first visit.
How long does it take?
The patching is fast. Texture has to dry before paint, which is why most jobs are a short first visit and a short second one, usually a day or two apart.
There's a water stain on my ceiling. Can you fix it?
I can repair and repaint the drywall. If the leak that caused it isn't fixed yet, that needs to happen first, or the stain comes back through.
Can you paint a whole room?
Small rooms and single walls, yes. Whole-house interior repaints are a different scope — tell me what you've got and I'll tell you whether it's a fit.
