Prices are likely estimates for labor and materials. They are subject to change depending on circumstance. You supply the fan or fixture, or tell me what you're after and I'll pick it up. There is a minimum $150 service fee, waived if the labor exceeds it. Quoted flat before I start — I will let you know before it changes..

// Questions I get

Before you call

Can you put a fan where there's only a light right now?

Usually yes. A standard light box isn't rated to carry a spinning fan, so it gets swapped for a fan-rated box and brace. That's part of the quoted price, not a surprise add-on.

Do I need to buy the fan first?

Your call. Most people order the one they want and I install it. If you'd rather not shop, tell me the room size and the look you're after and I'll bring options.

My ceiling is really high. Is that a problem?

No. Two-story entries and vaulted great rooms take more setup, which is why they're priced separately. Tell me roughly how high it is when you call. If it is over 20 ft, we can look into renting a lift or scaffolding.

Why does my current fan wobble?

Almost always the mount, not the fan — a box that isn't fan-rated, loose screws at the bracket, or a downrod that was never seated right. Frequently a fixable visit rather than a replacement.
